WHAT ARE THE BEST TIMES TO VISIT THE PARK?
The visit to the park has been designed so that the animals are not disturbed by visitors (it is moreover in the regulations which are, rightly, very strict on the quality and animal welfare in zoos) . The morning is an ideal time because the animals are active, just like in the second part of the afternoon. Don’t forget to take advantage of the educational and feeding activities that take place all day long.
ARE PETS ACCEPTED IN THE PARK?
Pets are not allowed in the park for health and safety reasons with the exception of guide dogs (outside the penetrable aviary).
CAN WE FEED ANIMALS?
NO, because most of them are species presented at the ZooParc, rare and protected species in their natural environment; their health depends greatly on the quality of their food.
This food is specific to each species which has a strict diet validated by our veterinarians. It is nevertheless possible to attend 4 to 6 times a day “animal snacks/feedings” carried out by our trainers. The only exception is the mini-farm animals; it is possible to give them in particular “plain” popcorn sold at the entrance to the park.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE VISIT LENGTH?
From 4 hours to the whole day.
CAN YOU BRING YOUR MEAL TO THE PARK?
YES of course, there are picnic areas inside the park, sheltered and/or shaded.
CAN WE EAT ON SITE?
The snack restaurant “Le Bangkok” is open from 12 noon from February to October.
The bar is open in high season.
Microwaves are available in the snack restaurant to heat baby bottles and your children’s potties.
CAN WE RIDE ON SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, BIKES IN THE PARK?
No, only walking and wheelchair travel for people with reduced mobility are allowed.
