Observe, understand and protect
Entertaining to raise awareness
At ZooParc de Trégomeur, every visit is an opportunity to be amazed, but also to better understand the living world around us. Because we protect better what we know, raising awareness about biodiversity is an integral part of our mission.
Throughout the tour, young and old are invited to discover animals, their habitats and the issues threatening their survival through numerous educational materials designed to learn while having fun.
A fun trail at the heart of nature
At the end of the visit, our educational fun trail takes visitors on a journey to discover local biodiversity. Along a forest path dotted with games, obstacles and interactive activities, children explore the secrets of the forest while developing their observation skills. Animal tracks, silhouettes to identify, questions and answers, flaps to lift and agility challenges allow many themes to be explored: trees, forest inhabitants, food chains, biodiversity and eco-friendly gestures that help preserve nature.

Discovering the fascinating world of bees
True allies of biodiversity, bees hold an essential place in our ecosystems. Our educational hub is entirely dedicated to them. Through interactive displays, fun modules and glass-sided hives, visitors discover the remarkable organisation of the hive, the role of pollinators and the threats they face. This immersive experience also highlights the simple actions that everyone can adopt to help protect them on a daily basis.
Educational panels to better understand animals
Throughout the visit, each species is accompanied by information to learn more about its lifestyle, habitat, diet and conservation status. Designed to be accessible to all audiences, our educational panels combine illustrations, distribution maps and simplified scientific information. They help visitors better understand the threats facing species and the actions taken to protect them. Thematic panels also complement the visit by addressing the major challenges of biodiversity conservation and the role of zoological parks in protecting wildlife.
Beyond discovering animals, our goal is:
-
Donner à chacun les clés pour comprendre les défis environnementaux actuels
-
Éveiller la curiosité et susciter l’émotion
-
Encourager l’engagement en faveur de la biodiversité
-
Agir ensemble à notre échelle pour préserver le vivant
